Rest & Release (Sold Out)

Rest & Release is an intimate circle experience created for deep rest and gentle release of both body and mind. Held in a small, nurturing group, we come together in a circle to set intentions, receive guided meditation and group Reiki, and move through slow Pilates and Yin Yoga–inspired movement - supporting a sense of connection, grounding, and quiet renewal.

For the Woman who feels overstretched, overwhelmed, and over-stimulated. Join us to release what’s weighing you down, restore your energy, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and fully supported.

BLOOM: Pilates + Birth Preparation Course

Join us for our next 8-Week Prenatal Pilates & Birth Preparation Course, commencing Saturday 2nd May 2026.
Presented by Faye Wood with special guests and hosted at Fleur Wellbeing Pilates Studio, BLOOM is an immersive, mother-centred course designed to support women as they prepare for birth and the transition into motherhood.

Across eight weeks, we combine evidence-based birth education with prenatal Pilates and gentle myofascial movement techniques, helping women feel informed, empowered, and deeply connected — in body, mind, and heart — as they step into this transformative stage of life.

DATES: Saturday 2nd May – Saturday 20th June 2026

Barre + Bubbles - Monthly

This fun Barre & Pilates fusion class is held once a month on a Friday evening at 5:30pm. ​Enjoy a 45min class followed by Bubbles to bring in the weekend Non alcoholic beverage also provided. Limited places available. Please see Mindbody for event dates. (Class is held on the last Friday of every month)
