Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised spring-resistance machine called a Reformer. The moving carriage, adjustable springs, and pulleys work together to create controlled resistance that strengthens, lengthens, and tones the body while improving balance, coordination, and core stability.

These classes are designed to meet you wherever you are in your movement journey - whether you’re building strength, staying active through pregnancy, recovering post-baby, or looking to enhance athletic performance.

At Fleur Wellbeing, our Reformer classes are offered in a variety of styles, so you can choose the pace and intensity that best supports your goals and how you want to feel.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a mindful movement practice that builds strength from the inside out. Using your own body weight and focused, controlled movements, you’ll develop core stability, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

Grounded in the principles of Joseph Pilates, this practice connects breath with movement to create balance, body awareness, and a deep sense of control. Each class leaves you feeling centred, strong, and refreshed — both physically and mentally.

Barre

Our Barre classes are all about moving with joy and feeling good in your body. Expect a fun, energising blend of Pilates, Ballet, and cardio exercises that help you build strength, improve posture and boost confidence - no dance experience needed!

Each class offers a full-body workout using the classic Ballet Barre, with movements that tone and strengthen your legs, glutes, arms and core. You’ll leave feeling empowered, balanced, and refreshed.

Mums + Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs classes are a gentle, nurturing way to support your postnatal recovery while spending special time with your little one. Each session focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving flexibility, and restoring balance through mindful movement and breath.

With a focus on care and connection, these classes help you regain confidence in your body, boost energy, and promote overall wellbeing for both mum and baby. All movements are designed to be supportive, empowering, and adaptable to your unique postnatal journey.

TRX

Strength + Flexibility + Cardio

TRX classes are an amazing strength / resistance workout using two adjustable cables in a full body workout. A functional and versatile workout that can be easily made more intense or less challenging by changing body position. Strengthen your core, gain greater flexibility and movement and also raise your heart rate with cardio intervals in this fun and challenging workout! Born in the Navy seals and now at Fleur Wellbeing for every fitness level!

Private Pilates Lessons

Private sessions are a great way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs.
​Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.

Bookings are essential due to limited availability - Please email enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com for Private sessions. We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries.

Private sessions can be 1:1 or 2:1.

Terms & Conditions

Please keep in mind.

  • We have a 3-hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, please make sure to log in to your Mindbody account and cancel your spot at least 3 hours before the class starts.

    Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class will result in either the loss of the session or a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur the same fee. We often have waitlists for classes and your early cancellation gives someone else the chance to join - so thank you for helping us make space for others!

    We completely understand that life happens - whether it's illness or needing to care for a loved one. If something unexpected comes up, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly on 0408 385 340 or via email at enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com.

  • All classes are 45-50 mins long.

  • Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW + ARC + SWISS BALL, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)

  • Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".

  • Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit passes do not have an expiry date.

  • Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.

  • Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.

  • Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.

  • Please minimise talking during classes.

HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US

  • Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously. 

  • Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.

  • Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.

  • For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.

  • Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).

  • Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.

  • For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
