Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised spring-resistance machine called a Reformer. The moving carriage, adjustable springs, and pulleys work together to create controlled resistance that strengthens, lengthens, and tones the body while improving balance, coordination, and core stability.
These classes are designed to meet you wherever you are in your movement journey - whether you’re building strength, staying active through pregnancy, recovering post-baby, or looking to enhance athletic performance.
At Fleur Wellbeing, our Reformer classes are offered in a variety of styles, so you can choose the pace and intensity that best supports your goals and how you want to feel.

Foundations + Strength
Sculpt
Reformer Pilates SCULPT classes are designed for those who are new to Pilates or for the more experienced practitioners who want to fine-tune their current practice and technique. With a strong focus on technique and alignment, you will learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates, how to safely move your body on the reformer machine while still receiving a full body workout with an emphasis on control and precision.

Strength + Flexibility
Flow
Reformer Pilates FLOW will leave you feeling lengthened from top to toe. In this class you will be utilising the Reformer's resistance and the support of the springs to assist you to stretch more efficiently, reducing muscle tension. Mindful movement flows are then Interwoven between stretches to incorporate functional movement patterns into your workout. A beautiful class to tone, firm and balance your body, this class is wonderful for those wanting to gain greater flexibility and at the same time be challenged.

Cardio + Strength
HIIT
Reformer Pilates HIIT classes are strong and challenging reformer based workouts designed for students who want to explore their boundaries and build on the foundations developed in our SCULPT and FLOW classes. These more “contemporary style” classes are designed to challenge your strength through different load and spring tensions, the use of a variety of Pilates props, long holds and elements of cardio sprinkled throughout (Hello Jump boards!). Feel the BURN, work up a SWEAT and get an awesome cardio workout that's guaranteed to leave you feeling energised.

Alignment + StrengtH
ARC
Find length, strength, and support in every curve.
Our Reformer Pilates ARC classes combine the dynamic resistance of the Reformer with the gentle curves of the Arc (Spine Corrector) to enhance alignment, mobility, and core control. The Arc’s unique shape supports the natural curves of your spine, helping to open the chest, release tension through the shoulders and hips, and deepen your core connection.
Each class offers a flowing blend of strength, stretch, and mindful movement — the Arc adding both support and challenge to meet your body where it’s at.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Our instructors provide options and modifications to suit your individual needs, making this class a beautiful choice for prenatal and postnatal clients as well.

Stretch + release
Prenatal Reformer Pilates
Prenatal Reformer is dedicated purely to our mums-to-be. Using the Reformer's unique spring resistance to add an extra challenge and support functional movement patterns to not only support your body through your pregnancy but prepare you for the physicality of Motherhood.
In each class, we focus on strengthening and releasing key areas specific to what many women experience during pregnancy; keeping in mind that every pregnancy journey is different. Along the way we will adapt exercises to cater to all stages of pregnancy - leaving you feeling more physically and emotionally prepared for the birth of your baby and assisting your post-pregnancy recovery.

We have a 3-hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, please make sure to log in to your Mindbody account and cancel your spot at least 3 hours before the class starts.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class will result in either the loss of the session or a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur the same fee. We often have waitlists for classes and your early cancellation gives someone else the chance to join - so thank you for helping us make space for others!

All classes are 45-50 mins long.
Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW, SWISS BALL + ARC, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)
Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".
Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit passes do not have an expiry date.
Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.
Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.
Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.
Please minimise talking during classes.
HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US
Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously.
Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.
Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.
For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.
Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).
Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.
For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
