“The Bloom course provided such a wealth of knowledge and really helped me have a physiological birth, whilst still touching on all the medicalised side of birth and emphasising that there’s no right or wrong way as long as you’re comfortable and informed with what’s happening to you. Pilates and meditation/breath work was such a wonderful pre and postnatal tool and an absolute saviour in labour and Pilates was a big part of ensuring I had a great recovery physically after birth. I loved that partners were also involved in one of the sessions, Steve loved coming and learnt so much - the melon bellies for Pilates were perfect too haha! I would recommend the course to anyone who is pregnant, if you do no other research or education I reckon the Bloom course is where it’s at!! And of course the beautiful Faye and Ellesse - the course would be nothing without the two of you, your wealth of knowledge, passion and beautiful energies!” - Jess
