Our prenatal classes are thoughtfully designed to support you throughout your pregnancy, offering a calm and welcoming space to move with confidence and care. Guided by gentle, pregnancy-safe movement, each class supports your changing body while nurturing strength, mobility, and balance.
With a focus on posture, circulation, and easing common discomforts, movements are carefully adapted for every stage of your pregnancy and finished with moments of relaxation and restoration. Our aim is to help you feel supported, connected, and empowered as you prepare for birth and beyond.
Alongside our dedicated prenatal classes, you’re also welcome to join selected group and reformer sessions, where personalised modifications ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and beautifully supported every step of the way.

Foundations + Strength
Prenatal Reformer Pilates
Prenatal Reformer is dedicated purely to our mums-to-be. Using the Reformer's unique spring resistance to add an extra challenge and support functional movement patterns to not only support your body through your pregnancy but prepare you for the physicality of Motherhood.
In each class, we focus on strengthening and releasing key areas specific to what many women experience during pregnancy; keeping in mind that every pregnancy journey is different. Along the way we will adapt exercises to cater to all stages of pregnancy - leaving you feeling more physically and emotionally prepared for the birth of your baby and assisting your post-pregnancy recovery.
In addition to our Prenatal specific Reformer Pilates classes, we also invite our Prenatal clients to join our Reformer FLOW & Reformer ARC classes at any stage of their pregnancy. (Reformer SCULPT & HIIT are only suitable until 16 weeks.)
MOBILITY + STABILITY
Prenatal Mat Pilates
Prenatal Mat Pilates is a class designed purely for our mums to be - Incorporating small props such as hand held weights, resistance bands and Pilates Balls to add an extra challenge and support functional movement patterns to not only support your body through your pregnancy but prepare you for the physicality of Motherhood.
In each class, we focus on strengthening and releasing key areas specific to what many women experience during pregnancy; keeping in mind that every pregnancy journey is different. Along the way we will adapt exercises to cater to all stages of pregnancy - leaving you feeling more physically and emotionally prepared for the birth of your baby and assisting your post-pregnancy recovery.
In addition to our Prenatal specific Mat Pilates classes, we also invite our Prenatal clients to join Mat Pilates FLOW & Mat Pilates HIIT at any stage of their pregnancy. (Mat Pilates SCULPT is only suitable until 16 weeks.)
Full-body Functional movement
Prenatal Friendly TRX
Our Prenatal-Friendly TRX classes offer a full-body, functional movement workout designed to support you throughout your pregnancy. Using adjustable straps with handles, the TRX system supports your changing body while allowing the intensity of each exercise to be easily tailored by adjusting your body position.
This adaptable class can be modified to suit every stage of your pregnancy and your individual fitness level, giving you the freedom to move at your own pace. Join us to feel strong, supported, and empowered as you prepare for the arrival of your baby.
MOBILITY + STABILITY
Prenatal Friendly Barre
Our Prenatal Friendly Barre SCULPT + HIIT classes are a safe and effective blend of Pilates, cardio and “ballet inspired” movements that are perfect for Mums to be, ensuring that they feel strong and flexible throughout their pregnancy.
The class focuses on strength, flexibility, cardio endurance and balance while keeping the safety of you and your baby in mind. Each workout is thoughtfully structured to suit your needs in every stage of your pregnancy and we invite you to move at your own pace.

We have a 3-hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, please make sure to log in to your Mindbody account and cancel your spot at least 3 hours before the class starts.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class will result in either the loss of the session or a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur the same fee. We often have waitlists for classes and your early cancellation gives someone else the chance to join - so thank you for helping us make space for others!

All classes are 45-50 mins long.
Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)
Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".
Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit and 20 visit passes do not have an expiry date.
Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.
Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.
Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.
Please minimise talking during classes.
HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US
Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously.
Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.
Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.
For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.
Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).
Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.
For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
