FREE Community Event

Join us for a relaxed and informative morning as we welcome degree-qualified nutritionist Emma Andriessen to Fleur Wellbeing for The Gut-Smart Kitchen – a practical seminar designed to help you better understand your gut, your nutrition, and how to nourish your body in a way that feels simple and sustainable.

This event is completely free and is open to everyone. Whether you're a Fleur Wellbeing member, a new client, or simply curious to learn more about nutrition, we'd love to have you join us. Feel free to bring along a friend!

Why Gut Health Matters

Your gut does so much more than digest food. It plays an important role in your energy levels, immune system, hormone health, mood, and overall wellbeing.

With so much conflicting nutrition advice online, it can be difficult to know what really matters. Emma will help cut through the noise and share practical, evidence-based strategies that you can easily apply in your everyday life.

During this seminar you'll learn:

  • What gut health really means (and why it's important)

  • How to nourish your gut without restrictive diets

  • Why fibre and plant diversity matter more than any single "superfood"

  • A simple, repeatable formula for building balanced meals

  • Practical kitchen habits that support long-term health

You'll leave with realistic, kitchen-ready strategies you can start using straight away.

Meet Emma

Emma Andriessen is a degree-qualified Nutritionist (Bachelor of Nutrition) who is currently completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Culinary Nutrition Science and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition.

Emma is passionate about helping women build a healthy, lasting relationship with food while supporting their overall health and longevity.

Her approach is deeply personal. After spending years caught in the cycle of restrictive eating, bodybuilding competition preparation, and food obsession, Emma realised that true health isn't about perfection or control—it's about creating sustainable habits that add to your life rather than consume it.

She went on to develop the Enzy Nourish Method, a philosophy centred around teaching women practical skills they can carry with them for life. Rather than relying on meal plans or rigid rules, Emma empowers people to understand food, build confidence in the kitchen, and create simple systems that support their health.

Her philosophy is simple:

Addition, not restriction.
Systems, not rules.
Independence, not dependency.
