Mums & Bubs Classes


Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed to support you through every stage of early motherhood, with two class types tailored to your baby’s age and development - Pre-Crawlers and Bubs On-The-Move. Both options provide a welcoming, supportive space where you can move your body while your little one is right by your side.

As part of our Community Class offering, these sessions are created to make movement more accessible while maintaining the high-quality, energising experience Fleur Wellbeing is known for. They’re perfect for Mums looking for a flexible, approachable way to return to movement and stay consistent.

Pre-Crawlers

Designed especially for newborns and pre-crawling babies only, these classes offer a calm, supportive environment for mums to move, recover and connect alongside their little ones. A gentle and welcoming space where feeding, settling and cuddles are always welcome.

Bubs On-The-Move

Designed for crawlers, walkers and busy little movers, these relaxed classes create space for mobile babies and toddlers to safely explore, play and interact while mums move their bodies. The perfect next step for little ones who are on the move and full of curiosity. We recommend bringing along some toys to help keep your little one happily occupied during class. (little ones up to 5yrs can attend)

Foundations + Strength

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates Sculpt

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates SCULPT is designed to safely and effectively rebuild deep core, abdominal, pelvic floor and full-body strength postpartum through traditional Pilates-based movement.

Using a variety of Pilates props including the Pilates circle, dumbbells, Bala weights, Pilates balls, TheraBands and foam rollers, this class is designed to leave you feeling stronger both physically and mentally and enjoy some time connecting with other Mums.

Cardio + conditioning

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates HIIT

Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates HIIT is a full-body workout combining HIIT intervals, bodyweight exercises and Pilates-style movements to help you build strength, improve fitness and feel strong and energised throughout your whole body.

Designed specifically for postnatal mums, this class supports safe and effective conditioning in a way that fits the demands of early motherhood.

balance + sculpt

Mums & Bubs Barre Sculpt

Mums & Bubs Barre SCULPT is an energising postnatal Barre and Pilates fusion class designed to help you rebuild strength, improve posture and feel confident in your body after the arrival of your baby.

Expect a fun full-body workout combining Pilates, ballet-inspired movement and light cardio to tone and strengthen your legs, glutes, arms and core — no dance experience needed. Using the classic ballet barre, this class focuses on building strength, stability and control in a supportive postnatal environment.

Bring your bub along, with little ones beside you on a mat, in a bouncer, or in your preferred baby carrier during the standing Barre sections, allowing you to move and connect together throughout class.

 

Terms & Conditions

Please keep in mind.

  • We have a 3-hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, please make sure to log in to your Mindbody account and cancel your spot at least 3 hours before the class starts.

    Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class will result in either the loss of the session or a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also incur the same fee. We often have waitlists for classes and your early cancellation gives someone else the chance to join - so thank you for helping us make space for others!

    We completely understand that life happens - whether it's illness or needing to care for a loved one. If something unexpected comes up, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly on 0408 385 340 or via email at enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com.

  • All classes are 45-50 mins long.

  • Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW + SWISS BALL + ARC, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)

  • Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".

  • Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit passes do not have an expiry date.

  • Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.

  • Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.

  • Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.

  • Please minimise talking during classes.

HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US

  • Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously. 

  • Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.

  • Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.

  • For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.

  • Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).

  • Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.

  • For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
