A dynamic and engaging Pilates on the Ball class! This special session combines the principles of control, balance and flow with the support and challenge of the stability ball, creating a fun and effective full-body workout. This class will help you deepen core engagement, improve posture and enhance flexibility while exploring Pilates exercises in a new way. The ball adds an element of instability, encouraging greater muscle activation and focus, making each movement more dynamic and rewarding. 8:30 - 9:20am Tribute to Joseph Pilates
A special class honouring the legacy of Joseph Pilates and his original Contrology method. This session will take you back to the roots of Pilates, exploring the classical exercises that formed the foundation of his revolutionary approach to movement. Using precise breath work, control and flow, we’ll move through a dynamic sequence inspired by Joseph Pilates’ original mat work, designed to build strength, flexibility and mind-body connection. Expect a challenging yet invigorating practice that embodies his core principles, leaving you feeling strong, centered and inspired. Join us in celebrating the genius of Pilates and experience the method just as he intended!

9:30 - 10:20am GLOW + FLOW Pilates
An uplifting class set in a softly lit space adorned with fairy lights to create a calming, inspiring atmosphere. This special class blends flowing, strength-building exercises with deep, restorative stretching, leaving you feeling strong, lengthened and completely refreshed. Move with control and grace through a series of Pilates sequences designed to improve core strength, flexibility and mobility, all while embracing the soothing glow around you. Come glow, flow and celebrate the joy of Pilates in a beautifully immersive experience!
