World Pilates Day is a global event that honours the transformative power of Pilates and its visionary founder, Joseph Pilates.

At Fleur Wellbeing, this day is all about connection - to your body, your breath, and the beautiful community that moves alongside you. We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than bringing our studio family together for a morning of intentional movement, energy and feel-good moments.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re stepping into your very first class, you’re so warmly invited to join us. Expect uplifting classes, a welcoming atmosphere, and the kind of movement that leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced and deeply connected - mind, body and soul.

Discover a thoughtfully curated selection of our favourite Pilates props, each intentionally chosen to support, challenge and enhance your movement experience.

This full-body class explores the purpose behind each prop - from improving alignment and stability to increasing resistance and deepening muscle activation. Through a creative blend of strength, mobility and control, you’ll experience how small variations can create a powerful shift in how you move and feel.

Expect a balanced, flowing session that feels both supportive and dynamic - leaving you feeling strong, connected and re-energised.

From Then to Now

Experience the journey of Pilates from its classical roots to the contemporary movement we practice today. This thoughtfully designed class begins with traditional, classical exercises - focusing on breath, precision and control - before gradually evolving into a more dynamic, flowing contemporary style. As the class progresses, you’ll feel the seamless transition from structured foundations into creative, full-body movement.

Honouring the method of Joseph Pilates, this class offers both a deeper understanding of the practice and a beautifully balanced physical experience.

Expect to leave feeling aligned, strong and connected - with a renewed appreciation for the Pilates method in all its forms.

9:45 - 10:45am GLOW + FLOW Pilates

Accompanied by Cellist Naomi Dart

A soft, immersive Pilates experience

Celebrate World Pilates Day with a magical Glow & Flow — an uplifting class set in a softly lit space adorned with fairy lights to create a calming, inspiring atmosphere. This special class blends flowing, strength-building exercises with deep, restorative stretching, leaving you feeling strong, lengthened and completely refreshed.

Move with control and grace through a series of Pilates sequences designed to improve core strength, flexibility and mobility, all while embracing the soothing glow around you.

Enhancing this unique experience, we’ll be accompanied by live cellist Naomi Dart, whose gentle, flowing music will create a deeply grounding and immersive soundscape as you move.

Come glow, flow, and celebrate the joy of Pilates in a beautifully immersive experience.
