World Mental Health Day at Fleur Wellbeing
This year’s theme is “Connecting with your Community” - and we’d love for you to join us at Fleur Wellbeing for a special evening of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
Highlights include:
5:30pm: Barre Sculpt Class
Led by our beautiful instructor Sarah - come move, sweat, and ground yourself in your body.
After class: Connection Circle + Mindfulness Activity
Stay with us (or come just for this part!) as we wind down with light nibbles, a glass of bubbles or tea, and a mindful bracelet-making activity. We'll be joined by Bianca Rosin, Psychologist and Fleur Wellbeing regular, who will guide us through:
Tools for managing stress + anxiety
Ways to improve your wellbeing
A calming mindfulness meditation
Book via Mindbody for the 5:30pm class or just pop in for the post-class gathering (around 6:20pm).
