Join us for a blissful and joy-filled evening as we celebrate International Day of Happiness on Wednesday the 20th of March at Fleur Wellbeing.
NOURISH YOUR SOUL WITH MOVEMENT
We will begin our evening at 6pm with a soul-nourishing yoga practice led by Riley Villacampa. Delve into the serenity of each pose, cultivating mindfulness and inner harmony, regardless of your skill level. The class will be (Prenatal friendly too for our Mum's to be).
GET YOUR ZEN ON
Following an invigorating yoga practice, immerse yourself in tranquil meditation, allowing for a profound sense of peace and clarity to wash over you. Release the burdens of the day and embrace the present moment with open hearts and tranquil minds.
BRING-A-PLATE OF YUMMY GOODNESS TO SHARE
Following Yoga and Meditation we then come together for a delightful casual dinner at 7pm. Please bring a plate of your favourite home-made goodies to share with everyone. There's nothing better than fostering connections as we bond over the joy of good food and great company - We can't wait to see you there!
