ACTIVATION DATES of Intro offer and Multi Visit Passes
The New Client Intro Offer and our 5 and 10 visit passes are set to activate on the date of your first visit. This means that the activation date will become set when you schedule yourself into a class. Please be sure that the first class you book is the first class you wish to attend on your package. If you have booked in for a class and then try to make a second reservation for a date that is before the first reservation you made, the purchased offer/multi pack will not cover the new reservation - because it falls outside the previously established activation date window. TERMS + CONDITIONS
- All class packages are non refundable, non transferrable and not able to be shared between multiple clients.
- Group classes require a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. If by 2 hours before a class commences there are less than 3 people booked in the class will be cancelled. Reformer sessions require a minimum of 2 people session.
- Intro offer is valid for 14 days from first visit- no extensions or suspensions. For new clients only.
- Multi Class passes have expiry dates ranging from 3 to 6 months from date of first visit. No extensions on packages unless injured or due to illness (Medical certificate required).
- 5 class passes are valid for 3 months from date of first use.
- 10 class passes are valid for 6 months from date of first use.
- Account Suspensions can be arranged with a minimum of 2 weeks written notice to enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com.
- Cancellation of Direct Debits: Minimum of 2 weeks written notice is required to cancel In Studio Direct Debit Memberships. Once notice is given, clients will be charged 2 more weeks until payments cease. There are no cancellation fees to terminate your auto pays.
- Clients may cancel their own Online Pre recorded classes Memberships by logging into their Mindbody account, click on MY INFO then ACCOUNT. Scroll down to AUTOPAYS and to the right of your membership select TERMINATE. Then confirm that you wish to cancel your membership. (This is an immediate cancellation , you will have no further payments taken and access to our Pre Recorded Class content will cease immediately.
- There is a minimum 1 month sign up for all In Studio Direct Debit Memberships.
- A $5.00 ADMIN FEE will be charged to the client for any failed payments due to insufficient funds on the day of direct debit.
- A $15.00 fee will be charged to clients on Direct Debit Memberships if they no show or late cancel for a class or session (less than 3 hours notice).
- Clients on casual or multi visit passes who no show or late cancel will have one session deducted off their package, or lose that casual session.
