Term & Conditions
- PLEASE NOTE: There is a merchant fee for all credit card transactions processed though Mindbody. (These are 2.2% for Visa/Master card and 4.4% for Amex/Diners.) effective 8th March 2019.
- There are zero fees for cash payments, direct deposits into our bank account or through direct debit auto pays from a bank account (i.e. providing your BSB & ACC number). We highly recommend our weekly direct debit auto pay options as our most convenient and cost effective way to pay for your classes.
- Group classes require a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. If by 2 hours before a class commences there are less than 3 people booked in the class will be cancelled. Reformer sessions require a minimum of 2 people session.
- All classes and packages are non transferable and packages are not able to be shared between multiple clients.
- Group class Intro Offer is valid for 10 days from first visit- no extensions or suspensions. For new clients only.
- Intro to Reformer offer is valid for 1 month from the date of first session. No extensions or suspensions. For clients that are new to reformer only.
- Multi Class passes have expiry dates ranging from 3 to 6 months from date of first visit. No extensions on packages unless injured or due to illness (Medical certificate required).
- Direct debit options: Suspensions can be arranged if a client is going to be away on extended holidays (2 weeks or more) only if minimum of 3 weeks notice is given.
- Minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to cancel direct debits. Once notice is given, clients will be charged 2 more weeks until payments cease.
