Ellesse Hawkins

Ellesse’s background is in Ballet & Contemporary Dance. Born in Newcastle, she grew up dancing at Marie Walton Mahon Dance Academy and later trained full time - gaining her HSC in Dance & was awarded the Royal Academy of Dance Solo Seal Award. She then went on to train at Elmhurst School For Dance in Association with Birmingham Royal Ballet for 2 yrs before returning to Australia to complete her Diploma in Dance & Performance.
In 2007, Ellesse completed her Pilates Instructor training with the Pilates Institute of Australasia & relocated to Townsville, North QLD where she opened her own Pilates Studio EllessePilates at age 18. Here she taught a range of Pilates classes and also ran “Tiny Dancers” toddler Ballet classes, Mum & Bubs classes & Pilates classes specific to training Australian Army soldiers.
In 2012, Ellesse moved to Canada where she became a Level 2 Certified ski instructor with the Canadian Ski Instructors Association working for Whistler Blackcombe ski School. Combining her knowledge of skiing and her background in dance and Pilates she was able to achieve great results with her clients.
After returning home from Canada, Ellesse completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at the Power of Now Yoga Oasis under the direction of Jolie Manza. She later completed her Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher training & has really enjoyed working with new mums, helping them to enjoy more stress free & comfortable pregnancies. 
Ellesse continues to build upon her knowledge and skills, having completed Barre Attack training, and numerous studio Pilates training courses. She hopes to use her years of teaching experience to inspire others to meet their full potential in all areas of their health and wellbeing.

Steph Bower

Steph grew up around dance, health and a passion for healthy food.
As a young lady Steph worked in the normal environment of 9-5pm jobs however always knew that she wanted to inspire and connect with women and men in the Health and Wellbeing industry. Her passion for Pilates and Fitness is her everyday life and loves to share it with our clients of Fleurwellbeing. Steph believes that you need to have fun to enjoy what you do, you need to want to get out of bed at 6am, so finding a exercise that you love it the most important and the rest will follow. She loves providing fun, energetic classes to the studio each day and loves to see people achieve results, become stronger and see how happy they become.
Steph also loves working with young adults and continues to inspire teens to become the best they can be - working with young women in high schools where she is always so inspired at how far they come in such a short time.
She loves to continue to build on her knowledge and is often attending new courses and training, always wanting to achieve more in her career. Her passion in health is also leading her into wanting to become a health coach in the near future to continue to inspire and help others.

Dani Marie Collins

Dani is a qualified Pilates, Yoga and Barre Instructor who enjoys sharing her love and passion for movement with others.
Dani has a background in dance which lead her to Brent Street Studio's in Sydney, where she successfully completed her full time dance training and has been sharing her love for dance ever since.
Dani has completed several ballet exams over the years which she ensures gave her the knowledge to understand the function of the human body. Dani first started attending Pilates and Yoga classes while studying full time dancing, which encouraged her to become an instructor.
Dani is an enthusiastic teacher who takes pride in delivering a structured engaging class to cater to all fitness levels. She has a passion for making people feel their best through the practice of Pilates and her goal at the end of each session is to have people feeling stronger, more flexible and relaxed.
"As an instructor, I have great appreciation for Pilates adaptability. I love being able to meet my clients wherever they are now, and continue to build from there."

Ruby Beezley

​Ruby started as a client at Fleurwellbeing way back in 2014, where she was inspired by Ellesse and Steph’s passion for Pilates to begin her own training.
She completed her Mat Pilates training in 2016 and expanded on this in 2017, undertaking courses in mat Pilates 2, ball circle and band, Pilates for pregnancy and Foam roller Pilates. Throughout 2018 and early 2019 Ruby has completed both Pilates Reformer training as well as Barre training - Ruby has been a long time Barre student and her classes are guaranteed to give you a great workout! She hopes to be teaching both Pilates and Barre for a long time to come. 
In late 2018, Ruby completed her fourth and final year of Nutrition and Dietetics at Newcastle University and is now an accredited practising Dietician. She Is passionate about leading a balanced lifestyle and the positive effects of food and exercise on body and mind. She loves answering nutrition questions and sharing recipes, so feel free to chat nutrition. ​
When she’s not at the studio you’ll find her eating smoothie bowls, hanging out with Gidget (her spoilt dog) and practising new ways to torture your abs to fulfil her promise that you will experience an ab burn in every class she teaches.

Gabrielle Hirst

Gabrielle is a Studio Pilates qualified mat (small props) and Reformer instructor. After working in an office environment and attending Pilates classes each night (6 days a week for 7 years) Gabrielle decided to turn her passion for Pilates, Health and Fitness into her new career path.
Gabrielle believes everyone can benefit from  Pilates and you are never too young or old to start, from pain and stress management, to general health and fitness as well as sports specific training Gabrielle loves to design programs and workouts that benefit her clients both physically and mentally.
​Her thirst for knowledge and desire to help everyone feel the amazing benefits of Pilates  has her continually taking on new courses and workshops in the Pilates field, including injury specific rehabilitation programming as well as pre / post-natal Pilates. 

Mikayla Thomas

Mikayla began classical ballet at the age of 5 and soon developed a passion for all dance styles. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Contemporary Dance in New Zealand, whilst continuing her professional ballet training.
​After relocating to Melbourne, she was drawn to teaching, further developing her love of movement through pilates, yoga and barre. 
After training in both barre & yoga, Mikayla took a plunge into the deep end and opened her own studio in Geelong, Victoria, where she continued to develop her own unique style of barre. She brings a combination of what she has found to be the most effective body conditioning practices, as well as extensive knowledge on how to safely modify exercises to suit everybody’s needs.
Mikayla’s creative approach brings life and enjoyment to her classes, as well as motivating her clients to challenge themselves. She believes that wellbeing is a dance between the ebb and flow of life, and loves to inspire others to work towards their own equilibrium.


Cat Magin

As a child, Cat grew up dancing, which she absolutely loved and it is that love that has shaped her career in Pilates and Yoga. Cat focuses her teaching approach on wellness and health from the inside out - If you feel good, you look good!

Cat started university in 2009 studying a Bachelor of Nursing, and as much as she loved the idea and concept of nursing her heart wasn’t in it, so she left uni and started a certificate 3 in fitness which then led her to specialise in Yoga & Pilates.
Cat has been teaching since 2012 at various studios and has continued learning and finding new styles and ways to teach and expand her knowledge.

Cat holds a Diploma in Nutrition and an abundance of teaching qualifications including Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, 200hr YinYang Hot Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, is a stretch therapist and has also attended several training workshops specific in overcoming ankle, hip and knee pain.

She has completed training in Yoga Life coaching with Wild Abundant Life, Yoga for athletes, functional movement and mobility, Pre & Post Natal exercise, Advanced Matwork & Reformer Pilates, and Barre Attack training.
