I'm new, what class should I start with?
At Fleur Wellbeing, we don't group our classes into different levels. Instead we prefer to offer modifications, progressions and regressions to suit all levels of ability within the class. So we suggest just trying everything out and giving it a go! Our Friendly instructors are here to support you every step of the way and you can always ask for assistance if needed. On your first visit, come and introduce yourself and we will make you feel right at home.
Some of our easier classes include Mat Pilates & Simply Stretch. Barre and Beach Bod HIIT Circuit classes are super fun and suitable for any level of fitness. Our most challenging classes are TRX and Reformer.
We recommend starting with our New Client INTRO OFFER for $50 which includes 2 weeks of Unlimited group classes + Reformer classes.
With this offer you can try out all of our classes & see what you like!
DO I need to bring anything to class?
Grip socks must be worn to all Barre and reformer classes, and socks must be worn to all other classes. We sell Grip socks at the studio for $18 per pair.
Clean joggers for TRX and are optional for Beach Bod HIIT circuit. No bare feet please for hygiene reasons.
Please also bring your own water bottle for your workout.
We have mats and all the equipment you will need for classes.
How do I book in? Can I just show up?
Due to our class sizes being capped & our aim to create a more intimate experience for our clients we ask that all clients book in for every class / session.
You can book in for a class on our website through our online booking system Mindbody or by downloading the Mindbody app from the App store & searching for Fleur Wellbeing. Once you enter the Mindbody system you can create a personal login, purchase, book & manage your classes there.
I am pregnant, what classes are safe for me?
We always recommend just checking in with your doctor prior to commencing classes & depending on how far into your pregnancy you are we suggest maintaining your current level of fitness & not pushing yourself too far.
Some popular classes for our yummy mummies are of course our dedicated Pre Natal classes as well as regular classes such as Simply Stretch, Barre and Beach Bod Circuit. We will modify exercises to suit your individual needs & make you feel as comfortable as possible. Please no Prenatal clients to our regular Reformer sessions (only attend the specific Prenatal Reformer class) and no Prenatal for our regular Mat Pilates classes please.
If you have any particular health concerns & would like to discuss further please give us a call & we can work out what will be the safest & best options for you. Please remember that very woman is unique & experiences her pregnancy differently.

What if I have to cancel my booking? What is your cancellation policy?
You may log into your Mindbody account or via the app and click "cancel" provided it is at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. Last minute cancellations & no shows will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. This is to ensure a fair environment for all clients & so that clients who are waitlisted for classes can take your spot if you can't attend. I'm not a dancer & I'm not very flexible can I still do Barre?
Absolutely!! Most of our clients have never danced or had any experience dancing at all.
We welcome everyone to our barre classes, even the guys! no tutus required.
(Although you can if you want to!)
Activation dates of Intro offer and Multi Visit Passes
The New Client Intro Offer and our 5 and 10 visit passes are set to activate on the date of your first visit. This means that the activation date will become set when you schedule yourself into a class. Please be sure that the first class you book is the first class you wish to attend on your package. If you have booked in for a class and then try to make a second reservation for a date that is before the first reservation you made, the purchased offer/multi pack will not cover the new reservation - because it falls outside the previously established activation date window. If you need help resetting the activation date of your package please get in touch with us via email to enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com or use the contact form below and we will help you with this.
How to I set up my Direct Debit Membership?
Direct Debit memberships cannot be set up through the Mindbody app, so you will need to go through the full website version on your desktop or laptop.
Go to www.fleurwellbeing.com.au and click on the link button on the home page LOG IN/BOOK IN ONLINE WITH MINDBODY. If you don't already have a Mindbody login, you will first need to create one.
Once you have logged into Mindbody, click on the PURCHASE CLASSES Tab, then DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS.
Next to WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO PURCHASE select your chosen membership from the drop down menu. Select the date that you wish to start your membership, this will also be the date of your first payment and payments will come out weekly on that same day of the week. Please double check the date is correct before proceeding. READ CAREFULLY the terms and conditions before ticking the box at the bottom to agree and then hit MAKE PURCHASE.
Follow the prompts to complete the checkout process. Our Online store is fully secure and encrypted so please be assured your details are very safe, and Mindbody is a trusted platform used by studios all around the world. Once you have completed the set up of your membership, you will then be able to book in your classes as far ahead as you wish through the Classes Tab.
PLEASE NOTE: The FIRST PAYMENT will be deducted on the day you set up your membership, for the first week you wish to commence your classes. This first initial payment will cover the first week of classes from the date you have selected on the calendar. Weekly payments will then continue to come out commencing one week following your selected start date.
How do I cancel my Direct Debit Membership?
IN STUDIO MEMBERSHIPS Minimum of 2 weeks written notice is required to cancel In Studio Direct Debit Memberships. Once notice is given, clients will be charged 2 more weeks until payments cease. There are no cancellation fees to terminate your auto pays.
Clients may cancel their own ONLINE PRE RECORDED CLASSES MEMBERSHIP by logging into their Mindbody account, click on MY INFO then ACCOUNT. Scroll down to AUTOPAYS and to the right of your membership select TERMINATE.
Then confirm that you wish to cancel your membership.
(PLEASE NOTE: This is an immediate cancellation , you will have no further payments taken and access to our Pre Recorded Class content will cease immediately.
How do I sign up for the Online Classes Membership?
Simply head to the ABOUT tab above then click on ONLINE CLASSES for more info as well as the link to the Mindbody booking system where you can sign up to work out with us from anywhere and anytime!
