MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates classes take place in a group setting and include traditional and modern Pilates exercises preformed on the floor. These classes use your own body weight as the primary source of resistance.
Classes may also include the use of small equipment such as foam rollers, swiss balls, resistance bands, fitness circles and hand weights which are used to increase the resistance and challenge.
Our Pilates classes are both fun and challenging and will strengthen and tone your entire body, as well as improve flexibility. Classes emphasise the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each client’s individual needs.

Athletic Pilates is an advanced and fast paced Pilates class that brings a contemporary twist with flowing variations on classical Mat Pilates exercises.
Wonderful for those who want to feel that extra burn and challenge in their workout!

DANCER's PILATES
TUESDAY's 4:30-5:15pm
Pilates for Dancer's is a Mat Pilates class that is taught by our instructor's who have a wealth of experience in both Pilates and Body Conditioning as well as a strong background in dance. During this class, we focus on the key areas that are specific to dancer's and in particular Ballet.
Ballet Dancer's must work on core strength, posture, pelvic stability, power in their legs and control and elegance in their upper body for Port De Bras. All the while creating and balancing out long, lean and strong muscles.
This class is suitable for elite dance students from ages 12-18 yrs.

PRE-NATAL PILATES
Pilates is one of the best possible methods of exercise and relaxation for women during their pregnancy. Pilates can also help to make your pregnancy more comfortable and help reduce the chance of injury before, during and after delivery of your Bub. Pilates core strengthening exercises focus on the working relationship of the abdominals, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles. This is very important for the expectant mum.
Prior to commencing classes, we advise that you please consult your doctor. The exercises should not cause any discomfort, nausea or dizziness.
Our special Prenatal Pilates classes have been designed to focus on safety and strength and are recommended for women at any stage of their pregnancy, however we advise all our prenatal clients to also stop or adjust if something doesn't feel right and to listen to their own bodies.
At Fleur Wellbeing, our Pregnancy specific Prenatal classes focus on strengthening your body and relaxing your mind, leaving you feeling more physically and emotionally prepared for the birth of your baby and assisting your post pregnancy recovery.
Prenatal Reformer is a smaller group class workout (6 people max) that is entirely on the Reformer - a Pilates machine that uses spring resistance.
It has a moveable carriage and pulley system to assist you to increase strength, flexibility and core stability.
Prenatal Mat Pilates is a larger group class (15 max) incorporating small props such as hand held weights, resistance bands and Pilates Balls to add an extra challenge and help you to get the most out of each exercise.
Classes are taught by Owner of Fleur Wellbeing studio, Ellesse Hawkins who has over 10 years of experience in teaching both pre natal Pilates and Yoga.

T-BARRE X
T-Barre-X is a fun workout mixing your favourite Barre and TRX exercises into one challenging class! Expect Barre sections incorporating plies, lunges, rises, leg lifts and arabesques with or without small props and then mix it up with core and upper body intervals on the TRX for an added challenge. The TRX is excellent for strengthening your core and postural muscles whilst being an easily adaptable tool just by changing your body position in space.

MUMS + BUBS
Mums + bubs C I R C U I T is a full body workout combining HIIT exercises, bodyweight and Pilates style movements, designed specifically for Post Natal mums to to tone and sculpt from head to toe! Bub will be happily playing on a mat beside you so feel free to bring along some toys and snacks to keep them occupied while you sweat it out and feel great!
Mums + Bubs B A R R E is a Post natal Pilates & Barre fusion class to help you get back into shape in a gentle yet effective way after the arrival of your baby. Bring your Bub along, and for some of the class they will be right next to you on a mat or your preferred 'carrier' or bouncer. For the standing sections or "Barre" work, your Bub may also be in a Baby carrier and can enjoy the feeling of moving with you during your exercise routine!

A unique workout using the latest model of Pilates Reformers on the market, The Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body. The Reformer is a Pilates machine that uses spring resistance. It has a moveable carriage and pulley system to assist you to increase strength, flexibility and core stability in a workout you will love as much as the results. Reformer workouts are great for boosting your fitness and strength goals, keeping you strong throughout your pregnancy, and recovering post baby. Also Ideal for elite athletes and dancers.
As this class only has maximum of 6 people per class, we focus on the principals of Pilates in a group style workout while offering modifications and variations to suit each student’s individual needs.

- All classes & appointments are 45 mins to 1 Hr long.
- GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates, Barre classes, Simply Stretch, Pre-Natal Pilates, Mums + Bubs, Beach Bod Circuit, T-Barre-X, TRX. Anything but Reformer.
- REFORMER sessions are considered semi private sessions and are priced separately. These sessions are 6 people per class max.
- Packages have 1-6 month expiry dates
- Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.
- In respect for your fellow participants and instructor, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. And please help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.
- Please no talking during classes.
- Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously.
- Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each clients responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the sanitiser spray provided.
- Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre existing medical conditions.
- For pre/post natal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.
- Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class.
- Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.
- For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
