GROUP MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates classes take place in a group setting and include traditional and modern Pilates exercises preformed on the floor. These classes use your own body weight as the primary source of resistance. 
Classes may also include the use of small equipment such as foam rollers, swiss balls, resistance bands, fitness circles and hand weights which are used to increase the resistance and challenge.
Our Pilates classes are both fun and challenging and will strengthen and tone your entire body, as well as improve flexibility. Classes emphasise the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each client’s individual needs.
This class is suitable for Pre - Natal clients.

REFORMER PILATES
Semi Private Sessions max 4ppl

A Unique workout using one of the most intuitive and versatile pieces of Pilates equipment on the market- The Allegro 2 Reformer by Balanced Body.
The Reformer is a Pilates machine that uses spring resistance. It has a moveable carriage and pulley system to assist you to increase strength, flexibility and core stability in a workout you will love as much as the results.
A workout for your entire body, great for boosting your fitness and strength goals, keeping strong throughout your pregnancy, and recovering post baby. Also Ideal for elite athletes and dancers.
As this class only has maximum of 4 people per class, we focus on the principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each student’s individual needs.


PLEASE NOTE: Our sessions are grouped into 2 levels.

Beg/Int reformer sessions are for clients who are new to Pilates and Reformer, those working with injuries that require extra attention and best for Pre - Natal clients. 

Advanced reformer sessions are for clients who have been training in Pilates as well as Reformer for a longer period of time and are wanting a faster paced workout. Not suitable for clients with injuries.

PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS

Private sessions are a great way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs. Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.
Bookings are essential for this classes due to limited availability. 
We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries.

PRE-NATAL PILATES

Pilates is one of the best possible methods of exercise and relaxation for women during their pregnancy. Pilates can also help to make your pregnancy more comfortable and help reduce the chance of injury before, during and after delivery of your bub. Pilates core strengthening exercises focus on the working relationship of the abdominals, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles. This is very important for the expectant mum.
Prior to commencing classes, we advise that you please consult your doctor. The exercises should not cause any discomfort, nausea or dizziness. We advise all our pre natal clients to also stop or adjust if something doesn't feel right and to listen to their own bodies.
Our special Pre Natal Pilates classes have been designed to focus on safety and strength and are recommended for 2nd & 3rd Trimester.
The Pre Natal Pilates Circuit class is a mix of Mat Pilates exercises using small props such as Thera-bands, weights , small Pilates ball, Magic Circle and Reformer Pilates exercises to create a unique and fun workout that will help to strengthen your pelvic floor and postural muscles, and relieve tension and stress. 
The Pre Natal Pilates class is a group type setting where everyone will be performing the class at the same time with the instructor as opposed to rotating around throughout the workout as in the circuit class. 
Classes are taught by Owner of Fleur Wellbeing studio, Ellesse Hawkins who has over 8 years of experience in teaching both pre natal Pilates and Yoga.
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL Due to limited spots available.

Pre Natal clients are also welcome to come along to many of our regular classes and appropriate adjustments will be made, please see other class descriptions for more info or contact the studio if you are unsure.

BARRE

At Fleur Wellbeing our Barre classes are dynamic, fun and challenging designed to reshape your body using a unique fusion of Pilates, Ballet and cardio exercises. Suitable for all levels including teens ages 16+ and no previous dance experience is necessary. Enjoy a full body work­out using the
clas­sic Bal­let Barre that targets those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.
Barre classes are suitable for Pre - Natal clients - appropriate modifications will be made.

BARRE H I I T
Barre HIIT is an energising and fast paced total body workout fusing high energy cardio intervals with Pilates and Barre exercises. You'll be sweating your tush off to fun music, strengthening your core and sculpting long lean muscles. Using the ballet barre as well as hand weights, elastics attached to the barre and other small props such as a ball or sliding discs for that added challenge.
Barre H I I T is excellent for overall fitness, burning calories and increasing your energy and vitality!

Barre S C U L P T
Barre SCULPT is an athletic and challenging class with a strong emphasis on core strength and control.
Fusing traditional Pilates exercises and Ballet Barre technique you can expect exercises incorporating Pilates bands, ball, hand weights, Pilates circles as well as floor work sections focusing core strength and toning you entire body.
Great for improving overall body strength, control, improving posture and creating long strong lean muscles.
Barre B O O T Y  + CORE
Barre B O O T Y + C O R E is a fun and challenging Barre workout designed to specifically target the butt and core, with a dynamic fusion of Barre, Mat Pilates and free weights. You may also use resistance bands, small pilates balls and other fun equipment to get that Burn!

TRX SUSPENSION

TRX classes are an amazing strength/resistance workout using two adjustable cables in a full body workout.
A functional and versatile workout that can be easily made more intense or less challenging by changing body position. Strengthen your core, gain greater flexibility and movement and also raise your heart rate with cardio intervals in this fun and challenging workout! Born in the Navy seals and now at Fleur Wellbeing for every fitness level!
**Please wear clean Joggers to TRX**
Not suitable for Pre Natal clients
(unless client has already been training in TRX for at least 6 months prior to pregnancy)

MUMS + BUBS

Post natal Pilates, Barre & fitness circuit inspired classes to help you get back into shape in a gentle yet effective way after the arrival of your baby. Bring your bub along, and for some of the class they will be right next to you on a mat or your preferred 'carrier' or bouncer. For the standing sections or "Barre" work, your bub may also be in a Baby Bjorn or similar carrier and can enjoy the feeling of moving with you during your exercise routine!
Classes will help you to:
•Strengthen your core muscles, pelvic floor, arms & legs.
•Improve posture & circulation-reduce fatigue & stress, & promote relaxation.
•We prefer that you wait at least 6 weeks before returning to your workouts post childbirth.
​You will require a clearance from your doctor.

PLEASE NOTE: To keep the studio area safe for you and bub, and the rest of the class, please only non crawling/moving bubbas for this class! We thank you for your understanding :)

SIMPLY STRETCH

The perfect class designed to loosen you up, elongate those tight muscles and stretch your entire body from head to toe. Great for those that have been sitting at the desk all day, and also for those who are on their feet all day long.
​Simply Stretch is perfect for everyone to add into their weekly workout program!
Guys can attend this class for $10 per class- Pay cash on the night.
This class is great for Pre - Natal clients.

BEACH BOD CIRCUIT

The best of all worlds! We take our favourite exercises from all the classes here at Fleur Wellbeing and combine it into the perfect Workout. Each class we will be mixing it up between Pilates, Barre, TRX and Reformer to create a unique and challenging workout for your entire body and leave you feeling beach ready!
**Please bring along clean joggers to this class**

Studio Etiquette

  • All classes & appointments are 45 mins to 1 Hr long.
  • Packages have 1-6 month expiry dates
  • Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • In respect for your fellow participants and instructor, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time.
  • Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre existing medical conditions.
  • For pre/post natal women, a medical clearance from your doctor is required prior to commencing class.
  • Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class.
  • Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
  • Please wear Grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $20.
  • Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
