Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening and conditioning the body through a series of controlled and precise movements performed on a mat. Derived from the principles of Joseph Pilates, this practice aims to improve flexibility, core strength, posture, and overall body awareness. With its emphasis on body control, alignment, and mindful movement, Mat Pilates provides a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.

Barre

At Fleur Wellbeing our Barre classes are dynamic, fun and challenging designed to reshape your body using a unique fusion of Pilates, Ballet and cardio exercises. Suitable for all levels including teens ages 16+ and no previous dance experience is necessary. Enjoy a full body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that targets those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a unique workout using the latest model of Pilates Reformers on the market, The Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body. Reformer Pilates workouts are great for boosting your fitness and strength goals, keeping you strong throughout your pregnancy, and recovering post baby. Also Ideal for elite athletes and dancers. Our Reformer classes are grouped into different styles so that you can find the perfect one to suit you! 


NOTE: We have 6 x Reformers at our studio therefore bookings fill up fast. We highly recommend going on the waitlist for classes in the event that the class that you are trying to book is full - there is a high chance you will still get into the class.

Mums + Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs classes are a fantastic way for you to prioritise your postnatal recovery while bonding with your bub. These classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment the focus is on gentle exercises and movements that promote core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being for both mum and baby. The exercises often incorporate elements of stretching, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help mums regain their strength and restore balance.

Note: Bubs up to 1 year old are generally easiest to manage for Mums + Bubs classes, once they start to really be on the move it starts to get a little tricky! Please keep this in mind when coming along to class. We also have a playpen we can set up for those more mobile bubs.
Please let us know if you are expecting another Bub so we can make suitable modifications.

TRX

Strength + Flexibility + Cardio

TRX classes are an amazing strength / resistance workout using two adjustable cables in a full body workout. A functional and versatile workout that can be easily made more intense or less challenging by changing body position. Strengthen your core, gain greater flexibility and movement and also raise your heart rate with cardio intervals in this fun and challenging workout! Born in the Navy seals and now at Fleur Wellbeing for every fitness level!

Suitable at all stages of pregnancy

 

Private Pilates Lessons

Private sessions are a great way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs.
​Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.

Bookings are essential due to limited availability - Please email enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com for Private sessions.
We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations.
Private sessions can be 1:1 or 2:1.

 

Terms & Conditions

Please keep in mind.

  • We have a 9 hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. It is each client’s responsibility to login to their Mindbody account and cancel their booking if they no longer can attend their booking. Failure to cancel a booking outside of the 9 hour window will incur a loss of session or $15 late cancellation fee. No shows will also incur the same penalty. We often have people on the waitlist for classes and cancelling with plenty of notice then allows for someone else to utilise the available spot in the class.

  • All classes are 45-50 mins long.

  • Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)

  • Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 6 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".

  • Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit and 20 visit passes do not have an expiry date.

  • Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.

  • Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.

  • Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.

  • Please minimise talking during classes.

HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US

  • Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously. 

  • Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.

  • Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.

  • For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.

  • Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).

  • Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.

  • For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
